Shipping policy

Letters from the Glen is a monthly postal subscription.

UK delivery
The subscription is £10.99 per month, including delivery.

International delivery
The subscription is £12.99 per month, including delivery, for customers outside the UK.

EU delivery
At the moment we are sadly not able to ship to the EU due to restrictive regulations. As soon as this changes you will see it on the website, we are actively looking into it.

Letters are normally posted during the first week of each month. Please allow additional time for postal delivery after dispatch, as delivery times can vary depending on your location and postal service.

Customers outside the UK may be responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import charges that may apply in their country.

If your letter doesn't arrive
If your letter has not arrived within a reasonable period, or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@lettersfromtheglen.com and we'll be happy to help.
