Letters from the Glen is a sole trader business creating and selling monthly postal subscriptions featuring original artwork, writing, wildlife stories and small paper goods and surprises.

The Monthly Letter
Letters from the Glen is a monthly postal subscription. Each monthly letter may contain original artwork, seasonal writing, wildlife stories, illustrations and small paper goods or other tactile items.
The contents will vary from month to month. While we aim to provide the experience described on our website, individual items may change depending on availability and seasonal content.
Subscription and payment
Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel it.
The subscription price is:
UK: £10.99 per month, including delivery.
International: £12.99 per month, including delivery.
Your subscription price is the price shown at checkout and includes delivery to your chosen destination.
Payment is taken automatically using the payment method selected when you subscribe.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account or by contacting us using the contact details on our website.
If you cancel before your next subscription payment is taken, no further payment will be charged and no further letter will be sent.
Cancellation and refunds
Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by these terms.
You generally have 14 days from receiving goods purchased online to tell us that you wish to cancel, followed by a further 14 days to return them.

Delivery
Letters are normally posted during the first week of each month.
Please allow additional time for postal delivery after dispatch, as delivery times can vary depending on your location and postal service.
For international orders, customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes or import charges that apply in their country.
If your letter does not arrive within a reasonable period, or arrives damaged, please contact us and we will be happy to help.
Artwork and copyright
All artwork, illustrations, writing, photographs, designs and other original content created for Letters from the Glen remain the intellectual property of Letters from the Glen unless otherwise stated.
Your purchase is for personal use only. You may not reproduce, copy, sell, distribute or commercially use our artwork or other content without written permission.
Changes to the subscription
The contents of the monthly letter may change from month to month.
We may occasionally need to make reasonable changes to the contents, format or materials used in the subscription. We will not make changes that remove or substantially reduce the nature of the product described when you subscribed.
If we need to make a significant change to the subscription or its price, we will provide appropriate notice and you will have the opportunity to cancel your subscription where required by law.
Our responsibility
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including your statutory rights in relation to faulty, damaged or incorrectly described goods.
We aim to provide our products with reasonable care and in accordance with their description.
If something goes wrong with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Scotland, and any disputes will be dealt with by the courts of Scotland, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply to you.
