Monthly subscription

Letters from the Glen is a monthly subscription that automatically renews at £10.99 per month for UK customers, with delivery included.

The subscription price shown at checkout includes delivery to your chosen destination.

Your subscription will continue each month until you cancel it.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account, or by contacting us at the contact details provided on our website.

If you cancel before your next subscription payment is taken, no further payment will be charged and no further letter will be sent.

If a payment has already been taken and your monthly letter has not yet been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to your statutory cancellation rights.

Your statutory cancellation rights

When you purchase online, you have statutory rights to cancel your contract within the applicable cancellation period. For physical goods, this generally gives you 14 days from the day you receive the goods to tell us that you wish to cancel. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
